The Last Day of an Amazing Year

Day 366 of 366
Today is the last day of 2016, New Year's Eve. As this day has approached, I look back on everything that happened over this fantastic year. During 2016 I had to chance to go to New York City with my mom and friends, travel all around the United Kingdom with my dad and best friends, I  graduated high school, spent the summer with my family, started college at IWU, and finished my first semester strong. Although throughout this year there as been ups and downs; I lost a few friends and gained some I got closer, if that is possible, with my parents and brother, and I learned things about myself and grew up over the course of the year. This year was one of the bests I have had and although I know I will have better years to come I think 2016 will be a year to rememeber. Even though there are somethings I would like to forget or change, those things made me grow as a person and without those events this year could have ended up so much different. So to 2016 I thank you for a remarkable year, one no one can take away.
